Orders & Delivery

I didn't receive a confirmation email, what now?

Check your spam folder. Isn't it there? Contact us and we'll send you a new confirmation right away.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days delivered. Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are usually on Tuesday or Wednesday delivered

Do I get a Track & Trace code?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an Track & Trace email.

Do you also deliver to Belgium and Germany?

Yes, we also deliver BE & DEThe delivery time is average 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier

My address was incomplete, what now?

If your address is incorrect, you'll receive a message to confirm it. Once the address is complete, the order will be rescheduled.

What happens if the delivery attempt fails?

If the package is not collected at the collection point, it will automatically be returned to us. We will refund the amount upon receipt.

I ordered multiple products, will they be delivered together?

Where possible, we ship products together. Large or specific parts may be delivered separately.

How does Audioplay handle production and distribution?

We collaborate with carefully selected suppliers and distribution partners within and outside Europe. This allows us to offer a suitable and up-to-date range for each vehicle model.

Product Information & Installation

Does the system fit my car?

Each product page clearly states for which car models and years of construction the system is suitable. Not sure? Please contact us with photos of your dashboard.

Will my steering wheel control still work after installation?

Yes, in most cases the steering wheel controls fully functional thanks to the included CANBUS module

Does the system support 360° cameras or rear-view cameras?

Yes, our premium units support AHD cameras, reversing cameras and in many cases also 360° systems

Do I get all the necessary cables and accessories included?

Yes, our systems come with all necessary cables, CANBUS modules (if applicable) and accessories required for installation.

Can I keep my original functions (PDC, air conditioning, on-board computer)?

Yes, our systems are designed to maximize OEM features to maintain. This varies per model; we can check this in advance

Are CarPlay and Android Auto supported?

Yes, all our premium units support wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

What is the difference between 4-core and 8-core systems?

8-core systems offer faster performance, better multitasking and smoother navigation. The 4-core version is suitable for basic use

Warranty, Returns & Service

How does returns work?

Returning to Audioplay is easy. You can register your return within 14 days of receipt via our online form. return portal:

After registering, you will receive all the necessary instructions by email, including the return address or a return label. Please ensure the product is returned complete, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Once we have received the return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 up to 10 working days refunded via the same payment method.

You have the right to return your order 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return Policy:

  • The product must undamagedcompletely and in original condition to be.
  • All supplied accessories, cables and manuals must be present.
  • Any installation or usage traces may lead to depreciation which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Software-based or custom-configured systems are excluded from return if already installed or personalized.
3. Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount. 5 to 10 working days back to the original payment method.

Any shipping costs for the outward journey will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

No right to refund in case of:

  • Damage due to incorrect installation or use.
  • Incomplete or damaged return shipment.
  • Products that have been registered outside the statutory return period.
4. Warranty and defects

Is your product failing or not working properly within the warranty period?

Please contact us via info@audioplay.shop with a clear description, photos and/or video of the problem.

We will then assess whether the defect is covered by the warranty and offer a suitable solution (repair, replacement or refund).

5. Processing of returns

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • Always send the product insured and with track & trace back.
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
  • Unstamped or unregistered returns will not be processed.

How long does it take to process my return?

As soon as we receive your return, it will be processed within 3–7 business days incorporated

I have no sound or picture, what now?

This could be due to a setting or incorrect connection. Send us photos of the connection and settings; we'll help you resolve this immediately.

Will I receive a new product or will it be repaired?

Depending on the defect we choose repair, replacement or refund, according to Dutch legal rules

What should I do if the system won't connect to CarPlay or Android Auto?

Check that your phone is up to date, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled, and try pairing again. Still having trouble? We'll guide you step by step.

What happens if the right of return is abused?

Returns that can be proven misused or incomplete are returned, can be legally refused

How do I report a defect under warranty?

Send us photos/videos of the problem and the connection behind the system. We will assess this immediately and offer a suitable solution.

How long does a warranty repair take?

The average lead time is 5–15 business days, depending on the nature of the problem
